Our Engagement Model’s

1. Fixed Bid

  • • In this transaction-based model, a fixed price is decided between both the parties before the work commence and the work has to be delivered within the said fixed time.
  • • Variation in Scope/Requirement low.
  • • Delivery timelines - strictly followed
  • • Supervision Briota 100% / Client side is low.

2. Time & Material Model (T&M)

  • • In case the software development project does not have a pre-defined scope and the project works needs flexibility. This model will offer the needed flexibility of both parties.
  • • Variation in Scope/Requirement high. Delivery timelines are highly flexible.
  • • Supervision is low and client suppression is high.

3. Mixed Model (Fixed Price + T&M)

  • • In case the project requirement is not specific, but it needed to complete with in a set timeline then a mixed model is suitable. It is combination of the time and material model along with the fixed price model.
  • • Variation in scope/requirement is high and manage by a change request process billed hourly on pre-agreed hours.
  • • Delivery timelines are highly flexible. Briota supervision is medium and client suppression is high.

4. Dedicated Resources/Team (ODT)

  • • In this model our client can hire a dedicated team with specific skills for a specific time where they become a part of your in-house team throughout.
  • • Variation in Scope/Requirement not applicable since the dedicated resource work as a part of the client’s team.
  • • Briota supervision is low and client suppression is 90%.
